Tips for using MyStart! Online Tracker
To see how many employees are participating and (if you employees have consented) what their activities are, log in here to access your company reports: http://mystartonline.org/reportingcenter.
To log in, you use your user name and password that you received from your confirmation email from start@mystartonline.org Actually, the computer generates a password different from what you input when you registered – so always use the info in this email. If you didn’t receive this email, be sure to check your SPAM filter.

Employees (consumers) log in on the homepage of StartWalkingNow.org to track their activities.
If companies are not seeing their employees names attached to the activities in the downloadable report, it is because those employees did not check “Share My Info” under the Preferences when registering.
Company leaders will want to send messaging to employees to remind them that it’s necessary to check that box when registering. For the employees that are already registered, they can log in to the tracker>Click the Edit My Info blue box>click Share Info white box & check the Share Info box>Click Save
For those having IT issues, please send Kate the following info:
1. Description of the issue
2. Operating system name
3. Browser name
4. Username and password so we can login as that person
5. Screen shot of the error message.
